Driving from Dublin to Enniskerry each day I pass through the Scalp and the beautiful Sugarloaf Mountain appears in front of me. One day, after I’ve been studying the Japanese Masters, I think this mountain is own Mount Fuji! I begin to see it everywhere; Killiney, Dun Laoghaire, Dollymount. And then I bedin looking for it everywhere… The Japanese depicted their sacred mountain in the contemporary landscape.
